Aw shucks! They didn't show the part where they force Huangfu sect to live in the beast stables instead of a palace and instead of a celebratory feast they point to big steaming piles of shit for them to eat. So Tan Yun forces the sect masters son & heir - (the young master he just fought) and his cronies to all eat shit! lol.
By the way, this is a little deceptive. TY has zero memories of Nangong Yuqin. So the wedding flashback didn't happen in the novel. I think they put it there to sort of show the mental pain TY was experiencing when he sees Nangong Yuqin. He loves her deeply into his soul, so its a kind of cognitive dissonance and pain when he sees her and argues with her. But he has exactly zero memories of her and the childhood they spent together.
It was not a memory wipe with a soul skill but done with a magic medicine pill instead! If it was done with a soul skill, TY could find traces of the act in his soul and have suspicions. In fact TY could likely restore another person's lost memories if they were wiped with a soul skill, although maybe not so much his own memories.
6:45 can't they just, like, talk in private? Do they have to make a show for everyone to see?
